4. Pay attention to the clearance of the vane in the lobe groove is too large, it will make the leakage increase; if it is too small, the vane can't be free to expand and contract, it will lead to the work malfunction.

5. The axial clearance of the vane pump has a great influence on ηv. Small pumps for 0.015 ~ 0.03mm; medium-sized pumps for 0.02 ~ 0.045mm.

6. The temperature and viscosity of the oil should not exceed 55 ℃, generally should not exceed 55 ℃, viscosity requirements in the 17 ~ 37mm2 / s between.
