 1. Selection of Hydraulic Motor

  2. Hydraulic motor disAssembly

 

  (1) within the curve of the hydraulic motor, for example, need to understand the following issues:

  (2) Matters to be noted during Disassembly and assembly

 

① Record the order and direction of disassembly of components and disassembled parts;

 

② The disassembled parts should not fall to the ground, not scratched, not rusted;

 

③ Specialized tools are required for disassembling individual parts, such as bearing driver for disassembling bearings and internal calipers for disassembling snap rings;

 

④ When it is necessary to knock a certain part, please use a copper rod, do not use a fuller or steel rod;

 

⑤ Before installation, deburr the components, clean them with kerosene and dry them, never dry them with cotton yarn;

 

⑥Check the seals for aging, if so, replace with new ones;

 

 ⑦ Do not install the parts reverse, pay attention to the installation position of the parts, some parts have positioning slot holes, must be aligned;

 

⑧ installation is completed to check the site for any missing components.
