How to test and tune hydraulic valves？

Test points should include at least 0, 25%, 50%, 75%, 100% of the signal range of these five points, the basic error of the measuring instrument should be limited to the basic error limit of the test valve quarter.

(3) always point deviation: test method the same as 1, the upper limit of the signal (starting point) at the basic error that is the starting point deviation; the lower limit of the signal (end point) at the basic error that is the end point deviation.

Test medium should be in accordance with the specified flow direction into the valve, the valve outlet can be directly connected to the atmosphere or connect the outlet to the atmosphere of the low-pressure loss measurement device to confirm that the valve and downstream of the connecting pipeline is completely filled with media before measuring the leakage.
(5) for the main valve, should also do a strong pressure test.

(6) the matching positioner valve, in the transportation, installation process, it is easy to touch the positioner feedback plate and touch loose gas connector. Therefore, in the installation, put into operation before, should be on-site debugging.
